Before making a booking, please read our cancelation policy

By booking your appointment with us you agree on our terms regarding cancelations and not showing for up your scheduled appointment.

Our cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

Please note that we do not accept cancelations on social media or text messages.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we will invoice you 50% of the total cost of the booked treatment.

If you don´t show up for your scheduled appointment, we will invoice you 100% of the total cost of the booked treatment. This cancellation fee is to compensate for the time and resources that were reserved for your appointment.
